If you’re an avid PC gamer, you know how important it is to have a high-quality mouse, keyboard, and mousepad (or gaming surface, whatever suits your preferences). This special edition Steelseries QCK mousepad with SC2 graphics printed on it is an excellent choice for the Starcraft lover looking for an excellent and high-quality mousepad for a very reasonable price. The product comes packaged quite nicely in a box-shaped container with plastic protection, as compared to the regular SteelSeries QcK Mouse Pad (Black)s that arrive rolled-up in a tube. Out of the box, the feel of the cloth mousepad is amazing. It’s extremely smooth to the touch, and when combined with a quality-gaming mouse such as the Razer Deathadder 3500 High Precision 3.5G Infrared Gaming Mouse there’s no doubt you have an awesome combination. The mouse just glides on the surface, no friction when moving the mouse across the pad but just enough that the mouse does not slip and slide when not in motion. The only knock I have on this pad is the colors and details on this mousepad weren’t as bright or as appealing as advertised. The colors are quite dull on this version and lack fine detail. But when you consider the primary purpose of a mousepad, this is minor stuff. Highly recommended.

This is my first mouse pad, I don’t really know/care about the differences in mouse pads. I ordered this mouse pad because I didn’t want to order the same original steelseries mouse pad that my brother had and it’s a great product. Great design and awesome look. My mouse glides very smoothly across the surface of this pad. I don’t mind paying $2.00 extra to show that I play SC2. 5/5 stars for a great design and the fact that it does what it’s meant to do. *Also, it came in its own display-like case (it wasn’t rolled up as the original mouse pad is, or so I’ve read).
