First, if you’re willing to pay for the extra few bucks for a bigger, more high quality mousepad, not to mention, limited edition, then do it. I mean, why wouldn’t you. Steelseries is known for their high quality gaming peripherals, and even though a mousepad isn’t electronic, don’t expect anything less than high grade. Overall, I would highly recommend this to a friend, and I even got a second one for my sister. Great product, will be buying from steelseries if these mousepads ever wear out.

REASON FOR PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT: I’ve been looking for a replacement for a Fragmat: Enemy Territory Quake Wars mousepad. SUMMARY: The special surface graphic is from the StarCraft II strategy game and a limited edition. MY THOUGHTS: This question might come up. If I’m not a gamer, why in the world purchase a gamer mousepad? I became hooked on gamer pads by accident. when I’d picked up one at a local computer store for cheap. I assumed it was just like any other mousepad when I passed it on to my oldest son. I had no idea all mousepads aren’t created equal. I’ve been through several mousepads since until this purchase. What I love is the feel and performance of the mouse when it glides over the pad. Talk about smooth and the accuracy is perfect! It’s large which is another plus and though I’m not into WOW, the graphic design is sharp. The only negative for me is probably considered a plus for gamers and that’s the pad is flexible, meaning I can roll it up. That said, the pad doesn’t move around due to the rubber base/bottom. BOTTOM LINE: I’ve found a mousepad that actually works well with my mouse. Lots of pads claim they perform well. This one actually does.

Fantastic mousepad! I love the picture and the feel/performance of the mousepad is amazing! A mousepad is something that you honestly shouldn’t notice while you play– and this mousepad does not get in your way. It is very large and responsive for your mouse. It is not a metallic mousepad — but I prefer the type of mousepad that this is. A++
